What is the difference between the standard licence and open source code options?
The standard licence contains encrypted files (configuration files are open, see next question). The PHP open source code option allows you to make changes in every php file you receive (except licence file, but that does not affect the script). The Flash source code files will be included in the package if you purchase this option.
What are the changes I can make to the standard script?
In the standard encrypted version of the script (that does not contain source files) you can do the following:

Why do models appear offline when they browse their account?
Models appear online only when they're logged in and have clicked 'Start Broadcasting' button in the Flash interface. If models click another link, they will not be accessible anymore to users, so the script will mark them as 'offline'. Models need to be on Broadcast Live page in order to broadcast.
Why does 'Break' appear?
If the models do not touch the mouse or keyboard for 15 minutes, they will appear as 'on break'. This way your website visitors will not see an empty camera when they click the model interface.
Why can users enter private shows if they don't have funds in their account?
This is happening because the show price is Zero. Usually it appears as you set Studio percentage to Zero, Model percentage to Zero, Model Price to Zero, or the model does not belong to a studio.
What payment gateways work for the script?
Any payment gateway, you have full access to payment files. We will install one of CCbill.com or Epoch.com at no extra cost. If you want our team to install another gateway just let us know.
What exactly is this FMS2 account?
Flash Media Server is used for video broadcast. We have a partnership with uvault.com so if you'll use them, you'll have a discount from their standard price. You only have to ask us for the coupon code.
Can I use Red5 instead of Flash Media Server?
Yes. Video Chat Script supports both FMS2 and Red5 servers. You only have to ask for the Red5 files when purchasing the script.
Can I use your script for a non-adult website?
Sure, the script can be easily customized to a conference or training website. Tell us exactly what you need, and we'll help you.
Why would I need open source code files?
If you need changes to the script core, that are not included in the above list, you will need open source code. If you're familiar with web development, or you have your own team capable of doing it, you'll probably need source code so you can make all the changes by yourself.
